With so many areas of expertise, it’s only natural that some questions come up from our prospective customers or current partners. Here’s a list of some of our most frequently asked questions. Q: If I buy cabinets from you, what assembly is required?

A: All our cabinetry is prefab, only using solid plywood for your convenience. However, we can help try and fit different sizes in your kitchen. Our installation service will bring the cabinets right into your space.

Q: Do you sell directly to customers, or only to stores?

A: We do both! We give the same high-quality material to our B2B clients and our individual customers. No matter the size of the project, we’re available to help.

Q: Do you have licensing for your design and installation services?

A: Of course! In addition to our general contractor license and liability insurance, we also have an environmental material certification. Reach out to us for more information. 

Q: Do you do estimates?

A: Yes! At least one of our talented team members can visit your home to give you a free estimate. Or, if you prefer, we can provide quotes through our website or in person in our showroom. 

Q: Do you have a list of contractors you recommend?

A: You don’t need to hire your own contractor when you work with us! We are a one stop shop. 

Q: How long does it take to get my 3D rendering?

A: Timeliness is critical for us here at B&F Cabinet Stone & Floor, but so is quality. To achieve that balance, within a week from your contact with our expert team, we will give you a proposal with a 3D rendering. 

Q: When do we set the installation appointment?

A: Your proposal should come within a week of you speaking with one of our experts. As soon as the deal is signed, we’ll set that appointment for installation.
